How does a custom design request work?
Add “Custom design request” to your cart and check out — it's ₱0 up front. We review your idea, send you a quote, and only once you approve do you pay. No commitment, no surprise charges.
What files do you accept for my design?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI — the higher resolution the better. Not sure if your file is print-ready? Send it anyway. We check and prep every file for free before we print.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on shirts, DTF/sublimation designs, and hardware — order a single piece if that's all you need. A few print & office items (Document Printing, Business Cards, Stickers & Labels) carry a small minimum to keep per-order costs down, and bulk pricing kicks in automatically once you order more. For bulk runs, use the estimator below for a directional quote.
How fast will I get it?
Ready-made designs are typically produced within the same or next business day. Custom work depends on the design — we'll tell you the turnaround when we send your quote.
How and when do I pay?
Ready-made priced items are settled when you place the order. Custom items are billed only after you approve the quote — we coordinate payment with you right after checkout.
Pickup or delivery?
Both. Pick up at our Manila studio, or ask for delivery at checkout and we'll arrange it.
